Estimated available team capacity versus remaining work for each release. Staffing levels and hours per day are configured on the Configuration tab.
Configure the team staffing levels and working hours used to calculate RAG status for each release. RAG is computed from remaining task hours versus available team capacity until the release target date. Manual RAG overrides in release settings take precedence.
Add team members and assign each to an activity role. Toggle Capacity Allocated on or off to control whether a person is counted in release capacity calculations — useful when someone is associated with an activity but should not affect capacity.
Standard working hours per person per day.
Applied when a story has no story points and no task estimates. Use "Calculate Backlog Average" to see the average across all stories with points assigned.
Used as a fallback to estimate hours when tasks do not have Remaining Work values set.
